Terms of Service
Last updated: November 3, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trimora.info and the online sale services offered by Trimora (the "Service"). Trimora is owned and operated by 99verify ("Trimora", "we", "us" or "our"). By registering or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid US address to register and bid. You agree to give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all bids and activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. We may verify your identity or ability to pay before accepting bids, and may refuse or suspend any account.
2. Lots and condition
Lots are pre-owned riding mowers offered by private sellers. Each listing shows the hour meter reading, a condition report and a pickup location. Condition reports describe what was observed at inspection and are not a warranty. All lots are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may view a lot by appointment before it closes.
3. Bidding
Every bid is a binding offer to buy the lot at the bid amount plus the buyer's premium and applicable taxes. Bids must meet the minimum increment shown. A bid placed in the last 2 minutes extends that lot's closing time by 2 minutes. A lot may have a reserve price; if the reserve is not met when the lot closes, the seller may accept the high bid or the lot may go unsold. We may cancel bids or lots in case of errors, suspected fraud or technical failure. The highest valid bid when the lot closes wins, subject to these Terms.
4. Buyer's premium, taxes and payment
A buyer's premium of 10% of the winning bid is added to every purchase. Sales tax is added where required. The winning bidder receives an invoice by email and must pay in full within 3 business days by wire transfer, ACH or debit card. If you don't pay on time, we may cancel the sale, offer the lot to another bidder, suspend your account and charge a non-payment fee equal to the buyer's premium.
5. Collection, freight and risk
Lots must be collected from the listed pickup location within 7 days of payment, by appointment. If you arrange freight, you are responsible for its cost and for giving accurate delivery details. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the lot is collected by you or your carrier. A bill of sale is provided at collection. Lots not collected in time may be charged storage of $15 per day.
6. Sellers
Sellers must own the mower they consign, have the right to sell it and describe it accurately. Seller fees and any reserve price are agreed in writing before listing. Sellers are paid within 5 business days after the buyer collects the lot.
7. Text messages
If you give your express consent by checking the SMS box on our registration or contact form, Trimora sends recurring account notifications texts to the phone number you provided, such as bid confirmations, outbid notices, lot-closing reminders, winning bid and invoice notices, pickup scheduling and account security. Consent is not required to buy products or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@trimora.info. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and SMS consent are not shared with third parties.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to bid without the intent to buy, bid on your own lot or arrange shill bidding, interfere with the Service, access accounts that aren't yours, or use automated tools to bid or collect content.
9. Trademarks
The Service and its content belong to 99verify. Manufacturer and model names, such as John Deere and ZTrak, are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the items offered. Trimora is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any manufacturer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 99verify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the buyer's premium you paid on the lot giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
